Meet the Designer

Joette Giardina jumped into the balloon industry with both feet in 2003 purchasing a balloon decor company, Party People in Lakeland, Florida that she operated from a warehouse in her backyard.

She invested in attending training to grow her skills as a balloon decorator. After winning first place in competitions she started teaching in the balloon industry.

In 2015 she sold Party People to Johnathon Gerber to start BalloonCoach.com to provide online and in person training in marketing and business development to provide resources she saw missing in the balloon industry. Balloon Boss Mastermind and Balloon Boss Summit to have access to a team of mentors.

Joette was presented the Inspire award by Betallic for giving back to the balloon industry with ongoing training and support to help you grow a profitable balloon biz
